Sometimes, the most profound confirmation of our work arrives not during the session itself, but months later in the physical world. This is the story of one of my most successful cases, which resulted in a direct, miraculous validation of the success of spiritual regression.
What is Spiritual Regression: A Bridge Between the Subconscious and the Wisdom of the Soul
Before we step into the story itself, it is important to understand what regression therapy actually is. Regression is going back into the past. Since she did not have a partner, she had been trying to conceive by artificial insemination for some time, but without success, and she deeply wanted to know why the process was failing.
To understand the depth of her desire, one must understand what she had already been through: due to endometriosis, her womb had been removed in the past and later reconstructed by replacing it with a new, healthy organ. Not every woman is ready to undertake such an intense, painful, and difficult medical process, which shows just how much she wanted children. Furthermore, she had already gone through two prior artificial inseminations that were completely unsuccessful – her body had rejected the embryo both times. None of the interventions were performed in our country, and almost all clinics had rejected her precisely for these reasons. After interventions in one clinic that was her last hope, exactly this happened.
The client arrived in a state of complete despair, and she had never engaged in spiritual work before. Because of this, everything, especially the deeper spiritual realms of consciousness, was quite abstract for her, and she felt a deep inner resistance toward the way she was trying to get pregnant, because it was not being created out of a classical relationship between two people, out of masculine-feminine love.
Unwinding the Threads of the Past
We began by exploring her childhood, working mostly on the relationship with her father, who had strict, "Spartan" ideas about upbringing; he wanted a son but had two daughters. Through energetic work on her family history, we came to the figure of her grandmother (her father's mother) who, long ago due to her disagreement with them living in the city, had created an energetic blockage (traditionally recognized as a space of negative magic work) in a livestock pen that no longer exists today. During the session, the image of her grandfather came to her consciousness to give her support, and he symbolically set fire to that pen, transforming the old family energy.
When we moved into a past life through regression, we discovered a deep-seated root of grief that the client carried in her cellular memory. She had been a Russian woman, the wife of a young count whom she truly loved, but he disappeared in a war and never returned. Left behind alone with his mother, she faced immense pressure and condemnation for not producing an heir. The mother-in-law blamed her, saying she "read books too much" and that things would be different if she thought less. The client believed that guilt and carried it into this current life. Although she later left that home in that past life, married a clerk who loved her, and gave birth to two children, she always suffered for her first husband and blamed herself for failing to give him a child. Our primary focus here was on helping her forgive herself.
Working with the Guide and Calling the Souls of the Children
During the session, the client recognized the energy of her spiritual guide from a highly unpleasant situation in her current life, when someone had tried to break into her flat. On that occasion, a miraculous inner voice woke her up in the middle of the night, causing the intruders to flee. Because she felt incredibly safe in his presence, she wanted the guide to be with her throughout the entire process.
When we tried to connect with the energy of the Wise Beings (or Elders, as they are also called in regression therapy practices), the process was initially challenging because their energy was too powerful and abstract for her, triggering a subconscious fear of authority and masculine energy. However, through the mediation and "translation" of her guide, the energy softened. Two powerful female energetic figures appeared, conveying a message about the boundless strength of a woman and her ability to create life outside of traditional frameworks.
The most emotional moment was the direct conversation with the souls of the babies. The client had to consciously call on them and give them names right there, in that state of expanded consciousness, to show them that she truly wanted them. Her higher purpose was to show through her own example that a woman can do many things alone – including bringing babies into this world without a permanent partner. The souls of her babies were already waiting in that non-physical space, probably already having a mutual agreement, waiting only for our session to open the door for their arrival.
The Activation of the Womb and Conscious Creation
Despite the initial blockages in other segments, the work with the energetic center of the womb opened up completely and magnificently. Because of her intense desire and everything she had endured through surgeries, the client was completely open to this energy center.
We learned how to establish a conscious connection with her womb, how to communicate with it, and how to surrender to it with trust. It was fascinating that these words and knowledge flowed through me completely naturally, even though it is not my primary specialty – I witnessed knowledge that obviously came from higher spheres of consciousness or had been within me for a long time.
During this powerful dialogue, her conscious womb center told her that she should continue the way she started, with artificial insemination. A message was conveyed to her that past health issues no longer mattered; it was only necessary to maintain daily conscious contact with it, to talk to her womb, and to develop faith.
The client then clearly saw two little girls, for the very first time. We asked for the path to be opened for them, and the client was instructed to learn to consciously invite them so they could enter her space energetically. Her guide revealed that her womb had rejected the first two pregnancies so that she would focus primarily on her spiritual path, because her Soul wanted to connect with her. She was even given clear guidance on which books to read.
At that moment, the client saw in real-time what the vibration of creation looks like – her womb vibrated and expanded energetically and dimensionally. Through this process, the masculine and feminine energies within her came into balance. We successfully connected her womb center to her heart, while connecting it to her head was harder, as rational thoughts would occasionally throw her back into fear. Her inner child pointed out that she lacked a feeling of being loved and was struggling with loneliness. For the womb to create and for a woman to be magnetic, she must feel safe, calm, and loved. Now, her task was to approach conception completely consciously.
The Cosmic Perspective and the Birth of a Miracle
On a Soul level, the client saw herself in the symbolic form of Thumbelina, holding a lecture to other souls who were yet to come into the world, speaking to them about the earthly experience and socially important topics. She was tiny so that she could be fast and slip through everywhere. It was also revealed that a partner would appear later in her life; though these would not be his biological children, he would accept them completely, and we worked on opening the paths for that future connection.
Throughout the entire session, which lasted a full four hours, the client was resting in a beautiful, dark, and comfortable cosmic space (even though these spaces are usually bright in regressions). It was only later that I myself realized the beautiful truth: she had been resting inside the Cosmic Womb (Divine Mother Womb) the entire time.
A year after this profound session, the client contacted me with incredible news. She had successfully brought two babies into the world – twins, a boy and a girl. As she herself told me later with a smile, her rational mind still did not want to give all the credit to the session, preferring to credit medical science instead. Admittedly, I was skeptical too due to the complexity of her health problems. But the fact remains: the babies did not arrive until she came for a spiritual regression session and the doors were consciously opened for them.
This session remains a beautiful reminder of what happens when a woman establishes a conscious connection with her center, clears the guilt of the past, and truly believes in the miracle she is asking for.
